CaraPro® Masonry Sealers & Stains Range

The CaraPro® line of sealers & stains for masonry is designed and formulated using patented nanotechnology developed by Integricote, Inc., a company based in Houston, Texas. Our CaraPro® line of reactive sealers and stains for Masonry are solvent borne, penetrating, low-viscosity systems, and are available in different VOC levels that conform to the varying regulations throughout the country. The unique nanostructures coupled with its comparatively low viscosity provide an ease of application, quick drying, and effective protection that are unrivaled in the coatings marketplace.

Our products are penetrating sealers – they penetrate into the surface of the material and form a strong protective barrier under the surface. Once that barrier has formed then the amount of water that can soak in is reduced. Water is a leading cause of damage to outdoor structures, and water encourages fungal, mildew growth so water repellency is an important step in prolonging the life and appearance of your structures. (See our videos showing how water will ‘bead’ rather than soak into a surface here) The longer a surface is subjected to mold or mildew growth the higher the risk of it becoming permanently stained. Using CaraPro® Masonry Sealer & Stain on a clean, stain free surface will help prevent those stains forming.  This is especially important in areas of high humidity, high rainfall, or in an area impacted by water sprinkler systems or fountain sprays.

The CaraPro® Masonry Sealer & Stain range is designed to work on masonry, natural stone, decorative concrete and other porous products. It gives a gloss free finish and maintains that current texture of the structures, it will reduce the impact of fungal infestations or algae growth The product is available in both clear and colored formulations. Please see our color chart here. The beauty of these products lies in the variations that occur naturally or through its manufacturing process. Our products can similarly deliver a different affect from structure to structure because of those variations. Always do a patch test on each surface, in an inconspicuous place, 72 hours prior to applying CaraPro® Masonry sealer & stain to the whole area.

The CaraPro® Masonry Sealer & Stain range uses a patented quick dry technology. This means that your coated surface will be touch-dry within 30 minutes to 2 hours (depending on ambient conditions), and unaffected by rain within 3 hours. You can apply our product on a clean dry surface in the morning, and an afternoon rainstorm will not wash it out. Our products are also easy to apply using a sprayer, brush or pad. We use ultraviolet-, and infrared-reflective, small size pigments to ensure a consistent color, increased colorfastness and reduced heat absorption.

CaraPro® masonry is available in both clear and colored formulations. Please see our color chart here. We can customize colors for a specific project, as long as you meet our minimum order requirement. Email at info@integricote.com to contact our technical experts.

We know you will love using our CaraPro® products, and want you to be aware that the end result will vary depending on the age, condition, and substrate of the surface being treated. Proper preparation of the surface being coated is always necessary. Always do a patch test on each surface, in an inconspicuous place, 72 hours prior to applying CaraPro® Masonry sealer & stain.
